About Quality Tool and Stamping

Quality Tool and Stamping was founded in 1957 as a tool and die shop. Over time, the founder, Frank Kuznar, acquired stamping presses to try out the dies he was building. With these new capabilities, the company gradually began running production parts for its customers.

Frank’s two sons, Ed and Dan Kuznar, joined the company in the 1960’s and today actively direct QTS’ day-to-day operations. Several key leadership roles are now held by third generation family members. Nearly 50 years after its founding, QTS has more than 100 employees and manufactures top-quality metal parts for over one hundred companies located throughout the US.

QTS’s quality and versatility have not gone unnoticed. Medical products manufacturer Stryker Corporation named Quality Tool and Stamping its sole Supplier of the Year for 2004.
